BiGEst is member of the Cloud federation of the French Institut of Bioinformatics.
The cloud federation offers a range of pre-configured environments, enabling biologists and bioinformaticians to choose the configuration best suited to their analyses. These virtual bioinformatics environments, developed by members of the IFB community, are listed in the Biosphère catalogue. These predefined environments can also be modified by users themselves, if necessary, to add new features.
BiGEst brings together 1024 vCPU, 4 To of RAM and 500 To of storage dedicated for Cloud usage.
