Through its partners or using its own resources, the platform offers a comprehensive set of databases:

• BAliBASE: A reference database for evaluating multiple sequence alignment methods.
• MiSynPat: An integrated knowledge base linking clinical, genetic, and structural data on pathogenic mutations in human mitochondrial aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases.
• plantRNA: This database compiles tRNA gene sequences retrieved from fully annotated nuclear, plastidial and mitochondrial genomes of photosynthetic organisms.

• StopKB: A comprehensive knowledge base dedicated to therapies for the suppression of nonsense sequences.
